Digital Marketing / Customer Care Role in Bella Vista | Norwest Business Park NSW

Our Google Ads account management team is growing and we are looking for an experienced, energetic Digital Customer Care Role focused on the growth and execution of innovative digital advertising campaigns that drive performance.

As a digital Customer Care Analyst, you will be working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing on key marketing campaigns ensuring a premium client experience, continued retention and growth of client portfolio. Based in Sydney North-west, you will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns for SMB’s Australia wide (No travel required)

Requirements:

• Understanding and experience in Google Ads dashboard
• Exposure to Meta paid ads
• Experience in Google Analytics and Google ads editor is plus not mandatory
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications inc Outlook, MS Word & Excel
• Strong business development focus, willingness to prospect and uncover new potential digital platforms to help clients grow.
• Individually driven to work in a professional & friendly environment to drive success.
• Most importantly - A passion for digital marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our senior Digital Manager.
• Drive growth with existing clients by identifying key areas for improvement in clients’ portfolios and offer any appropriate services when the opportunity arises.
• Manage new sales to digital customers and retention of existing customers through providing excellent customer service and expanding the customer portfolio.
• Communicate clearly and confidently to manage clients’ expectations and build good business relationships.
• Update clients regularly through account performance reports & manage client expectations accordingly.
• Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

Salary $65,000 - $90,000 OTE plus uncapped commissions & bonuses
