Our client is seeking a Full-time, Experienced, Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly successful Conveyancing Practice.

The role involves working for a leading and successful law firm specialising in property conveyancing in Australia. Their success is the result of maintaining high standards across the client service delivery lifecycle, which is amongst the most impressive in the industry.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Must be have at least 2 years conveyancing experience in Queensland.
2. Must be comfortable with task-based work, with the ability to do so autonomously from home (remotely), but reaching out for help when needed.
3. Be willing to work within Southeast Queensland and ideally in North Lakes, Queensland, or surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will also be:

• Able to manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files A-Z each month with administration support.
• Preferably (but not essential), registered or qualified as a Justice of the Peace (JP) or a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland.
• Highly organised – able to stay on top of daily tasks and emails, keep track of key dates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Personable – able to maintain and create sustainable relationships with other industry professionals.
• Proficient with written and verbal communication skills to an excellent standard and be able to consistently communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Willing to Comply with KPIs.
• Able to think outside the box and have the ability to anticipate the needs of the role and the team.
