About the Role

As the Head of Marketing at FXTRADING.com, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing activities, playing a vital role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership position that requires a blend of hands-on performance marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our brand and scale our global presence in the competitive CFD trading landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and lead the full-stack marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and push notifications — all designed to drive ROI and user growth.

Map and optimize user journeys specifically for CFD traders, from awareness to conversion and retention.

Plan and execute a robust content strategy, including influencer/KOL marketing to build brand trust and drive engagement across key trading communities.

Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns using DSPs and DMPs to achieve global scale.

Oversee brand positioning, creative development, and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth strategies.

Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting tactics to optimize outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital and strategic marketing roles, with a strong preference for candidates from CFD, FX, crypto, or fintech industries.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Lotame, DV360, The Trade Desk, and Google Display Network.

Deep understanding of lookalike audience building, campaign segmentation, and targeting across Meta, Google, and third-party DSPs.

Familiarity with tools such as AdRoll, Eskimi, Quantcast, Liftoff, Appreciate, Moloco Cloud, Adikteev, MGID, Remerge, Clearpier, and Kayzen.

Demonstrated success in retargeting and remarketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a passion for innovation.
