As such we are looking for a senior manager in the role of “Head of Marketing and Sales” to help us grow to the next level!

How you’ll make an impact

• Develop and execute cutting-edge sales and marketing plans that align with ScoliCare’s goals and current director led strategy.
• Helping to grow sales in Australian clinics, USA franchises & international providers.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns (especially digital & social) and other marketing and sales initiatives to ensure maximum impact.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to keep our marketing efforts efficient and effective.
• Analyse our customer needs, market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure business development & marketing strategies are effectively implemented.

What you will bring to the team:

• Progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with an appreciation and understanding of effective use of digital marketing activities to drive sales.
• Experience in healthcare, franchising or the USA market is an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
• Experience in managing & mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of inspiring trust, confidence, and collaboration among employees and stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded.

Immediate key objectives of the role

• Quickly review current marketing strategies and implementation particularly in respect to lead generation and sales for our USA franchises and clinics
• Work with internal and external resources to implement these strategies ASAP.
• Review current resourcing for efficiency and effectiveness.
