This is a great opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to become an integral part of a well-established finance team, within a high-calibre, global investments and asset management group.

Your day-to-day:

• Processing of payments for the organisation
• Managing the invoices through the workflow process
• Coding invoices into workflow and personal ledger
• Capturing supplier information in the system including bank details
• Preparation of weekly payment runs as well as ad hoc payment runs
• Process payments for relevant ledger/s
• Manage Credit Card transactions within the relevant accounting system
• Support Financial Controller with family credit card reconciliation
• Filing of supporting documentation in the online storage portal.
• General banking for Shared service and Family accounts including receipting.
• Maintaining Petty Cash including reconciliation of petty cash
• Monitoring Accounts Payable lnbox

Who you are:

• Demonstrated ability in Accounts Payable environment
• Office Administration experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
