Description

What this role includes:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable Processing
• Accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Manage purchase orders and monitor expenditure
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting
• Engage and resolve supplier queries
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Participate in the annual audit process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the accounts payable process

Profile

The successful applicant for this position must have:

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable positions.
• Finance qualifications or similar experience in tertiary education
• Current Blue Card or eligibility to apply for a Suitability Card to work with children.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Direct administrative and data entry skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience using major accounting systems such TASS, Sap, Xero etc. and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in updating and retrieving data for accurate reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous professional development.
