As part of this digital expansion, we are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to develop and implement a custom CRM platform tailored to our unique operational requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in AMBE Trading’s digital transformation. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that integrates with production planning, logistics, inventory management, and sales workflows.

You will collaborate closely with our Business Analyst and Developer Programmer, forming a cross-functional technology team focused on improving the efficiency, transparency, and performance of our manufacturing and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of a tailored CRM system for AMBE Trading.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions.

Collaborate with the Business Analyst to gather user needs, define workflows, and create documentation.

Work alongside the Developer Programmer to ensure integration with existing ERP systems, manufacturing software, and logistics tools.

Build and maintain automated processes for customer onboarding, order management, dispatch tracking, and customer feedback.

Develop reporting tools and dashboards for operational monitoring and decision-making support.

Provide system training and technical support to internal teams post-deployment.

Ensure robust testing, version control, and change management protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer.

Proven experience in CRM development—either custom-built or through platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Java.

Solid understanding of SQL databases and API integration methodologies.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Knowledge of ERP integration and system architecture design.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
