Job Description:

As the Manager for our Automotive Workshop, you will be the face of the store, responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, maintain open communication throughout the service process, and assist with scheduling and quoting for automotive repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of mechanics to ensure they meet the vehicle service requirements.

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen to their concerns, discuss their vehicle service needs, and provide expert recommendations.

Accurately assess repair and maintenance requirements, provide customers with detailed cost estimates, and answer any questions regarding the services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle service histories.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive workshop management or a related role within the automotive industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Thorough knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.

Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with automotive industry standards and safety regulations.
