About The Role

As our Social Media Manager with Paid Ads Experience, you'll take the lead on managing and growing multiple client social accounts—developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, and running performance-driven ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital, enjoys being creative, and understands the power of combining organic content with paid promotion.

Your Responsibilities

Manage multiple client accounts across different industries, including our own company account

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Write engaging captions and on-brand copy

Develop content strategies that drive engagement and growth

Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)

Monitor analytics and performance to guide future content decisions

Nice-to-have Skills

Ability to set up and manage paid social campaigns

Ability to optimise ads for conversions and ROI

Ability to track results and adjust strategy based on performance

Ability to suggest new ideas to blend organic and paid strategies seamlessly

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong copywriting skills with attention to voice and brand identity

Basic video editing experience (for Reels, TikTok, etc.)

Understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms

Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Organised, creative, and up to date with the latest digital trends

A team player with a “solutions over problems” mindset
