Description

• Oversee all accounts payable functions
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of invoices
• Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
• Assist in month-end closing procedures
• Perform ad hoc accounting tasks as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Contribute to the team's efficiency by sharing knowledge and experience

Profile

A successful AP Officer should have:

• A degree in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Experience in the property industry is highly desirable
