The Company
An immediate, full time, temp to perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced full function Accounts Payable Officer to work with a successful and growing Manufacturing business based in the SE suburbs. The company continually invests heavily into product and category development, and is successfully moving into new sales channels to grow market share.
The Role
Joining this small team of 3 in AP, reporting directly to the AP Manager, your primary duties will comprise of:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices to Purchase Orders (high volume)
- Manually Coding invoices to General Ledger
- Supplier Rec statements
- Staff expenses
- AP inbox
- Managing payment runs
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by AP Manager
About You
You will be passionate about full function AP and obtain around 3 + years full function experience, preferably from manually based, high volume and deadline driven environments. The successful candidate will need to obtain the following attributes:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Hard working team player
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
