The Role

This Accounts Payable Officer position is an all-rounder AP role in a small AP team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Low volume, high value invoice processing

Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs

Manage the AP inbox alongside colleagues

Reconcile supplier payments

PO maintenance and reconciliation of the GL

Assist with implementation and utilisation of OCR software

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Officer role, you should have prior experience in broad AP Officer positions and possess the following attributes:

Immediately available or on 1 weeks’ notice

Strong Excel skills, including v-lookup and pivot tables

Able to attend the office 5 days/week
