Experienced on road beauty Sales representative to support, develop & grow existing businesses, seek new business partners within allocated territory.

The ideal candidate for this position, has excellent skills in building new relationships and enjoys being out in the field with beauty professionals. The role will involve interstate & regional travel to Newcastle, QLD, & WA, 3 - 4 days per week will be spent on the road and 1 - 2 days per week in office for admin and calibration with teams. The candidate would be Sydney based and cover the territories of Sydney/NSW, QLD, ACT and WA. To be successful you would require excellent organizational skills, the territory has monthly budgets, to achieve these KPI's this would be done through a monthly cycle via phone/email/virtual and then face to face quarterly for interstate locations.

Job Description:

Acquisition and development of new business partners

Work with our existing partners to grow and develop the brand in their business

Provide the marketing team with brand technical support and suggested sales opportunities

Develop opportunities to grow the brand in your territory, through face-to-face cold calls, digital webinars and events.

A Beauty Therapist qualification is preferred but not essential. Strong current knowledge of the latest beauty techniques and product treatments available, experience in professional beauty salon/clinic environment.

Great communication skills, good listener and excellent at executing business activities. Flexibility and able to adapt for the different business requirements of our partners.

Remuneration includes salary base, commission, super, car allowance, business mobile phone and laptop.
