Established in 2014 we are an award winning, family run and owned alcoholic beverage manufacturer in Melbourne’s South East. We are distributed Australia-wide, from CBD bars and restaurants, to classic footy pubs, to Australia’s biggest supermarket chains.

We brew beers, cider, boozy sodas, and kombucha.

We have a variety of new products to launch so are looking for Melbourne-based, like-minded booze lovers to hit the road and get these to market. We are looking for people who are passionate, want to be best at what they do, and want to have good time along the way.

Multiple roles available:
- Varying levels of experience.
- Full time and casual.

What will you do?
- Sell a range of alcoholic beverages on the road / face to face to on premise and retail customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, with a customer base in an assigned territory.
- Plan and maintain a customer call cycle to maximise revenue (and your bonus).
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle all required administration with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and team members to help grow Wolf of the Willows and Aqua Boogie presence in Melbourne.
- Manage existing customers as well as finding and bringing on board new customers.
- Represent Wolf of the Willows and Aqua Boogie in Melbourne and surrounds; creating brand awareness, organising and hosting in-store tastings, and partaking in events and festivals.

- You enjoy the ‘chase’, you enjoy getting to know people and making genuine connections, all whist knowing you’re there to close the sale.
- You’re comfortable being direct, but are fair and reasonable, always looking for ‘Win/Wins’
- You have ‘drive’ – we need people who are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- Have full drivers license (essential).
- Right to work in Australia
- Previous experience in beverage sales / hospitality industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Got to love socialising and having fun with people.
