A leading commercial law firm, with over 200 staff in their Brisbane office is seeking a mid level lawyer to join their Corporate team. As a key team member, you'll handle complex M&A work with excellent support from a collaborative team and award-winning partners.

THE WORK
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest corporate matters in Queensland. With a focus on the energy & resources sector, you can expect to be challenged with joint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings for both listed and unlisted companies.

THE IDEAL LAWYER
To excel in this role, you should have:

• 2 to 8 years of PAE with a strong foundation in front-end corporate matters
• You should have an understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, M&A and general corporate compliance
• Experience in Energy & Resources is not required but will be highly valued.
