Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Project, Operations & Estimation Manager to lead key projects, oversee business operations, and manage the estimation process. This full-time role is based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and offers a competitive salary package, including a company car and fuel card.

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, estimation, and operational efficiencies. You will manage complex projects, optimise workflows, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure seamless coordination across business functions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of concrete projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Operations Leadership: Manage daily business operations, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Estimating & Cost Analysis: Prepare and review accurate project estimates, including material, labour, and overhead costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
• Strategic Coordination: Work closely with contractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and oversee schedules for contractors, trades, and other key personnel, optimising resources for project success.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, project costs, and financial reporting related to operations and project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and business partners, maintaining strong relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in senior project management, operations, and estimation roles, ideally in construction, concrete, or infrastructure industries.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in cost estimation, pricing strategies, and financial analysis for projects.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and estimation software/tools.
• Ability to work autonomously while driving results in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
