Daily rate: $700 - $800 incl. superannuation

About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analysts to play a critical role in a large-scale ERP implementation. You will be responsible for data migration, mapping, analysing, and ensuring the integrity of data across the system. If you're hands-on, a natural problem solver, and thrive working independently, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, map, and migrate data to support the ERP implementation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with the implementation team to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, source systems, and validate migration efforts.
• Develop and execute data cleansing strategies to ensure the quality of data entering the ERP system.
• Create detailed documentation for data mapping, processes, and findings.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process.
• Work autonomously to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong data mapping, migration, and analysis skills with experience in cleansing large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing tasks and meeting deadlines without extensive supervision.
• Experience with data migration tools and processes, and proficiency in SQL or other data query languages.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data validation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
