Senior Analyst (Operational Data)

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic OT Data Solutions Lead to spearhead the planning, design, and delivery of OT data solutions. This role acts as the key point of contact for all things related to OT data platforms, ensuring meaningful and strategic use of performance data across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of OT data solutions, transforming raw data into decision-making insights.
• Collaborate across OT business units to assess and prioritise data solution needs.
• Drive performance analysis, quality evaluation, and reporting to guide business improvements.
• Implement change management strategies to embed OT data capabilities into daily operations.
• Contribute to becoming a data-driven organisation through active participation in data working groups.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and data governance standards.
• Recommend and deliver process improvements and innovations across OT systems.

• Proven experience in data manipulation and mathematical modeling.
• Deep knowledge of analysis principles, performance evaluation, and reporting.
• Expertise in AVEVA PI and familiarity with a range of data tools and Microsoft programs.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
