Key responsibilities include greeting tenants, managing guest arrivals, handling deliveries, monitoring the air-conditioning system, booking conference rooms, and assisting with building maintenance. You will also act as Fire Warden and First Aid Officer. The ideal candidate will be approachable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Tenant and Guest Interaction:

Act as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors.

Greet tenants and guests upon arrival and ensure they are directed appropriately.

Notify tenants of their guests' arrival and direct them to the correct location.

Building Management and Maintenance:

Serve as the liaison between tenants and building management for any building-related concerns.

Report maintenance issues and tenant concerns to the building manager as needed.

Assist with small, simple repairs (e.g., printers, light fixtures, etc.).

Mail and Delivery Management:

Receive, sort, and stow parcels and deliveries for tenants.

Notify tenants of deliveries and arrange for collection.

Manage the sorting and distribution of mail, when required.

Air Conditioning Management:

Monitor and manage the building’s shared air-conditioning system for tenant comfort.

Respond to tenant concerns regarding temperature and adjust the system accordingly.

Conference Room Management:

Book and manage conference rooms for tenant use, ensuring timely and efficient use of the spaces.

Health & Safety:

Serve as the Fire Warden for the building, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Act as the First Aid Officer, ready to respond to emergency situations as needed.

General Building Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of lobbies and lifts.

Oversee inventory and assist with the ordering of supplies (bathroom items, stationery, etc.).

Additional Duties:

Perform other reasonable duties as required, ensuring a high standard of service for all tenants and guests.
