The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading not-for-profit and play a key role in our continued growth in the retirement living sector. As Retirement Village Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our residents and a key point of communication with our sales and management team.
Reporting directly to the Retirement Villager Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of support to residents, and ensuring they feel comfortable and well-supported in their new home. Amongst other things, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting and coordinating residents to show them around their new home and facilities
- Offering concierge support to assist residents with various day-to-day matters
- Responding to resident enquiries and performing various administration duties
- Assisting with the organization of social events for our residents
- Overseeing our community facilities and providing transport (on occasion) for residents
The following are considered pre-requisites for success in this role:
- Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to deliver service with a smile, always!
- A genuine heart for, and understanding of, older Australians from all walks of life
- A polished, professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in delivery of exceptional customer service
- A caring, compassionate and resilient nature that speaks to Ozcare's mission and values
- A current Queensland drivers licence
- A current (or willingness to obtain), a Queensland Police Certificate prior to commencement
