StretchLab Noosa is looking for a superstar Concierge (Receptionist) to be the warm, welcoming face that makes every member feel like part of our movement-minded community.

About the Role:
As our Concierge, you’ll do more than greet members, you’ll be the energy that sets the tone for every session. You’ll create an exceptional first impression, guide members through their journey, and keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. This is the perfect role for someone who loves helping others feel their best while keeping things organised and upbeat.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Welcoming members with a smile and positive energy
· Booking appointments and managing the schedule with finesse
· Guiding first-time members and supporting check-ins
· Answering enquiries and sharing the StretchLab vibe with confidence
· Supporting our Flexologists and Studio Owners so everything runs like clockwork
· Handling admin tasks, retail sales, and keeping the studio looking sharp

· Have strong communication and organisational skills
· Are comfortable using booking systems or learning new tech
