The Role

Reporting to an experienced and high profile Chief Concierge and part of a talented Concierge team these are highly sought after role in one of Sydneys Premium Luxury Hotels.

You'll be the brand ambassador for our Luxury Hotel ensuring our Hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a premium Luxury hotel.

Support any needs at the bell stand or the door while ensuring the lobby and Concierge areas look great

Make sure our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell from you

Deliver a memorable experience to guests with a swift and personal service

Collate and share local insights to meet guest requests i.e. sporting events, places of interest and local restaurants

Contribute to hotel revenues – e.g. through tour and transportation bookings, promote the hotel’s other businesses such as food and drink at every opportune moment

About You

Are you refined, personable, knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous & curious?
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate these behaviours every day. You will also have-

Fitness – You will be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling

Strength –You will need to lift, push and pull big objects like luggage, bags, and parcels up to 50lbs (23 kg)

Flexibility – Night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job

Literate and tech-savvy – You will need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers

Articulate – A great communicator, you will be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

Similar experience in a customer service or service-focused environment with a Luxury product

Immaculate personal presentation and grooming

Genuinely enjoy meeting with people from all over the world and ability to communicate easily and naturally

An unrestricted Driver’s License are required for all roles

Must have full Australian working rights

No Working Holiday Visa as we require more permanency for this role

No Students this is a full time role
