About the Role

Advanced Cranes and Rigging Pty Ltd is looking for a dedicated and reliable full-time Crane Detailer + Yard Attendant to join our team in Derrimut, VIC for an immediate start. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our crane fleet and associated equipment while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

What You'll Be Doing

Thoroughly washing and cleaning our fleet of cranes and support vehicles to the highest standards.

Driving and refueling cranes to ensure they are ready for immediate deployment, often under tight timelines.

Identifying and reporting any issues or damage to vehicles and equipment.

Assisting with general yard duties, such as waste management and maintaining site presentation.

Ensuring that all equipment is spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go to the site as soon as possible.

Working efficiently to meet deadlines and turn around the fleet quickly, ensuring we are ready to deploy on short notice.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar hands-on, internal-facing role.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation, preference to experience driving cranes.

Flexibility and the ability to handle tight deadlines, often needing to get cranes to job sites ASAP.
