Key Responsibilities:

Be trained on & carry out Rustproofing spray treatment safely & thoroughly

Carry out high quality detailing services to vehicles (internal and external)

Ensure optimal systems and processes are followed & reviewed for efficiency when required

Work with management to review costs & expenses to ensure profitability and longevity

When required, take customer inquiries & bookings

Manage customer expectations & experience; develop positive relationships

Be trained on & carry out invoicing and payments for customers for each job

Manage supplies to budgets and customer demand

Essential Key Selection Criteria

Experience with commercial or vehicle painting

Ability to work with a high degree of attention to detail

Excellent problem solving & time management skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal

Able to show initiative & professionalism

Enjoys being a positive & cooperative team member with a like minded team

Willing to learn & progress in the business over time

Base Qualifications

Experience in automotive spray painting

Australian Citizen

Fluent English written and spoken
