About the Role

Due to growing opportunities in the public and civic realm, open space and streetscapes, we are looking for a design leader with a passion for innovation, sustainability, co-design and project delivery.

In this role, you will:

Lead and mentor a talented team of designers

Manage complex high-quality public and civic realm projects across multiple scales

Enhance our design capabilities and contribute to a culture of design excellence

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Engage and pursue new clients and win work

Work collaboratively across disciplines, championing an integrated design approach with landscape architecture, urban design, architecture and interior design
