Award winning National practice seeking an exceptional senior architect. Initially work on a project as it commences on site but also be a key part of the emerging Sydney studio. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication and organisation skills, developed through project experience liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. A passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes is essential, along with the ability to see projects through to successful execution.

This well-established practice has a strong reputation for delivering innovative and impactful architecture across a diverse portfolio, spanning public, government, sport, and education sectors, from small-scale projects to large, complex developments.

Key responsibilities

Managing and pro-actively delivering design solutions through all stages including site stages

Work effectively with team members inter-state

Assess and managing project workloads and schedule resources

Reporting, directing and engaging with Project team members, including Project Manager, Contractors and Sub-Consultants

Work reasonably autonomously

Revit skills

Skills and experience

Past experience delivering quality projects through site stages

Demonstrated experience in construction detailing and co-ordination of sub-consultants’ work

Be capable of directing and mentoring junior staff members.

You will have around 8-10 years experience, and at least 5 years locally

Degree Qualification in Architecture
