A boutique Sydney design studio with a great reputation is seeking a Project Lead to join their design team. This studio generally works on projects across Hospitality, Commercial, Adaptive Re-use, and Residential - the main focus for this role is in Residential.

Suitable applicants must be fluent in Revit with strong coordination and organisational skills. This role would suit someone who is keen to hone their skills in coordination of both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of a project. Graduates and Architects with good project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the concept and design development of multiple project types

Collaborate with design and senior team

Manage liaison with clients and consultants

Develop timelines and ensure project delivery is on time and in budget

Play an integral role within the passionate team of forward-thinking designers

Skills and Experience

Proven design and technical abilities

Well-developed skills across all stages of a project

Strong documenting, presentation, and time management skills

Proficient Revit
