We’re already dominating massage chairs, and now we’re charging into the world of ice baths and saunas — bringing the latest in recovery, performance, and wellness tech to everyday Australians. We run national TV campaigns, high-performance Meta and Google ads, and work with iconic brand ambassadors like Dawn Fraser, Kamahl and Miguel Maestre.

Now we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to help us make even more noise. You'll execute marketing projects that make our products shine, connect with customers, and push our brand to new heights — both here and soon, around the world.

Who are you?

You’re a doer. A planner. A marketing Swiss army knife.
You’ve got at least 5 years of experience and you can manage any kind of project — from organising a TV shoot to launching a new product on Shopify. Whether you do it yourself or lead others, you always get it done.

You’re creative, highly organised, resourceful and proactive. You know how to bring ideas to life — beautifully and on brand.

Role and Responsibilities

There’s no job too big or too small. As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll roll up your sleeves and take ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team, our creative partners, and external agencies to keep campaigns moving and results flowing.

Your week might include:

Executing marketing projects end-to-end — either hands-on or by managing the right resources

Coordinating website updates, product listings and eCommerce campaigns (Shopify experience preferred)

Organising TV ad shoots, influencer content, video campaigns and media assets

Planning and executing email and social media campaigns

Creating marketing materials using Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Managing 3rd party relationships including creative agencies, videographers and media partners

Finding and managing influencers, brand ambassadors and talent

Writing or coordinating copy for product pages, email, SMS, and more

Reporting on marketing performance and using data to improve results

Staying across wellness and marketing trends to keep us ahead of the curve

What kind of experience, skills and background are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years in a marketing, brand, or content role

Strong content creation and marketing execution skills

Shopify or other e-commerce experience preferred

Comfortable with Canva and/or Adobe design tools

Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors

Able to manage multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat

Great communication and collaboration skills
