IT support engineer, for an MSP

IT support engineer to support MSP customers, less than 100 seats. Based in Sydney, hybrid is supported and 90% of the work can be done remotely. Our MSP is cybersecurity focused so you will get some exposure there.
You will be part of a 30 person technical team so you will be trained and supported.
Requirements:
Min 2 years IT commercial experience;
experience supporting Windows desktops and basic servers;
some experience with Linux servers troubleshooting would be ideal;
basic network troubleshooting in an office environment;
Office 365 administration;
comfortable talking to customers.
Must be based in Sydney. The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry to learn, has some previous MSP experience and wants to run challenging projects.
