An opportunity has become available in our Operations team based at Burton SA. We are searching for an individual who prides themselves on compliant scheduling with a positive, can-do attitude. Prior transport experience in container allocating is essential.

Your primary role will be planning resources, fleet allocation and co-ordination of our overall transport movements. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for:

Day to day operations of our fleet involving road, rail and wharf services

Timely and effective scheduling with clear communications provided

Maintenance planning with the workshop/washbay teams

Liaise with clients and internal key management

Preparation of relevant transport documentation & paperwork

Safety focused leadership

Job creation in our Transport management System (TMS)

Assisting other team members and departments as required

The successful candidate needs to have the below attributes:

Prior transport and supply chain knowledge

Reliable, flexible and team orientated mindset

High attention to detail

Sound experience in Microsoft programs

Excellent time management skills
