As the Manager (Strategy & HR), you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic HR initiatives across the Division and the Office of the Director-General. You will lead a high-performing HR team, ensuring they have the capability to support the organisation's business needs while fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert HR advice and support to the Director (Corporate Services Hub) to drive organisational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and branch partners.
• Deliver tactical and strategic HR advice to Senior Management, particularly on high-level workforce planning, change management, and organisational design.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to drive continuous improvement and implement strategic workforce initiatives.
• Oversee the development and execution of workforce planning, learning and development programs, WfQ action planning, and organisational design strategies.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and positive change across the HR and Finance teams within the Corporate Services Hub.
•Advocate and promote the Corporate Services Hub's service offerings to enhance its impact and value across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong focus on strategy and organisational improvement.
✔ Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
✔ A track record of leading HR teams through change, service improvement, and process realignment.
✔ Strong knowledge of HR policies, workforce planning, and contemporary HR best practices.
✔ The ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR and business services.
