About the Role:

We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and driven individual to join our real estate team as a full-time Door Knocker. This is not your average sales role — it's for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, can handle rejection like a pro, and knows how to build genuine relationships with property owners.

You'll be the boots-on-the-ground, connecting directly with homeowners, uncovering off-market opportunities, and planting the seeds for real deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Knocking on doors in targeted neighbourhoods

Building rapport and real human connections with property owners

Asking the right questions to understand seller motivations

Recording leads and key information in our CRM

Following up with potential sellers and teeing up opportunities for our acquisition team

Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
