Now, we’re on the hunt for a Community & Strategic Partnership Lead to help take our brand to the next level. You’ll be at the heart of our community-building and growth efforts, developing strategic partnerships, managing ambassador programs, and driving brand presence both online and in the real world.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships that align with our brand and business goals.
Lead our ambassador and athlete program — from onboarding to media planning and everything in between.
Execute events, activations, and community initiatives that bring the Aid Station brand to life.
Own the content strategy for partnerships and ambassador collaborations to deliver authentic, story-led content that builds brand equity and drives engagement across all channels.
Manage affiliate and GWP (gift-with-purchase) campaigns, tracking performance and optimising ROI.
Represent Aid Station within the endurance and sporting communities through strategic brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or community engagement — ideally within sport, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience managing ambassador/influencer programs and executing brand activations.
Solid understanding of content creation and storytelling — you know how to brief, shape, and amplify brand-led content across social media and digital channels.
Confident using social media as a brand tool, with an understanding of what performs and why.
Highly organised, with a proactive, self-starting mindset and strong project management skills.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-moving, startup environment.
A personal or professional connection to the endurance or active lifestyle community is a big plus.
