About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will be the heart of our member experience. You’ll foster meaningful connections, drive engagement, and ensure our members feel supported and inspired. From hosting events to developing strategic collaborations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to create a thriving network for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage a diverse range of events, from networking events and business workshops to wellness sessions.
Partner with local businesses and organizations to bring valuable benefits and opportunities to our members.
Manage online engagement via social media and TEC’s digital platforms, ensuring a seamless member experience.
Represent TEC at industry events, building connections and promoting our brand.
Cultivate a collaborative community by engaging with members and facilitating networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in events management or similar is beneficial but not essential.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
A confident communicator with a passion for business and entrepreneurial communities.
Outgoing, proactive, and excited to connect with professionals from diverse industries.
Strong English communication skills.

Working Environment
An in office role, based in Sydney CBD
Flexible working hours to facilitate some weekday evening or early morning events, then take the time back for a balanced schedule
Working closely alongside a local team whilst also being part of our global community team led by our Global Head of Community based in Shanghai
