Our client is a major, tractor dealership group with multiple locations. They sell and service top performing brands and place an emphasis on having the most knowledgeable and best trained staff in the industry.
About the role
We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up into this hands on management role. As a hands on Parts Manager you will manage this small department whilst still being involved with sales on the front counter. This role is also open to experienced managers that enjoy being involved with the sales side of things.
You may come from an tractor dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Truck or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary
• financial performance of your department

Ideally you will also have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading and managing a team

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will receive a generous salary of c. $100k (negotiable) + a vehicle.
