About us

Amatrice is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata - 1 Hat, Neptune Food & Wine) and Alex Brawn (Good Food Guide-listed sea-side diner Sebastian). Amatrice is the first in a planned group of Mediterranean by the duo.

About the role

With growth comes exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Head Chef to oversee the operations of this landmark business. You will be leading an existing kitchen brigade and working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most renowned restaurants.
