Accounts Officer – Join a Growing & Supportive Team!

We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Accounts Officer with up to 3 years of experience to join our finance team. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to grow in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accounts Payable – Process supplier invoices, payments, staff expense claims, and bank reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable – Process customer payments, follow up overdue invoices, and liaise with customers to resolve issues.

Bank Reconciliation – Keep daily records up to date.

Reporting – Assist in BAS, payroll tax, and key business reports.

General Accounting Administration.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree or relevant experience in accounting.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Medium to high-level proficiency in Excel & Word.

SAP experience is a plus!
