Join our Front of House and Bar Staff teams, offering guests a journey through our exceptional ramen and sake offerings. Your warm and engaging service will set the tone for an unforgettable affordable dining experience.

Responsibilities include:

Expertly guiding guests through our menu, sharing your knowledge about different types, flavours and dietaries. We will work with you over time.

Serving an array of fun modern beverages, including sake-based cocktails and traditional pairings, basic wine service requirements.

Ensuring seamless and delightful interactions with every guest, ensuring their preferences are met with enthusiasm.

Working with our team to maintain a high standard of service and upkeep of the venue.

Requirements:

An appreciation and understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture.

Relevant experience in restaurants or hospitality settings.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, punctual and a collaborative spirit.

Dedication to delivering impeccable customer service.

Availability to work during Wednesday to Saturday, flexible hours, including evenings. No need to work on public holidays.

A valid visa with permission to work in Australia.

An eligible RSA certification.

Highly recommended to have your own transportation vehicle.
