About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our Friendly team at Squiresloft Diamond Creek with minimum of 2years experience. This is a casual role but potentially will move towards Full time.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and seating guests with a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers
• Responding promptly to customer requests and ensuring a positive dining experience with WOW factor
• Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area
• Assisting with other front of house duties as required
• Be able to get trained our way and then train others

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (2years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
• The ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Hospitality Certificate / Hotel Management Degree (Not compulsory).
