About the role

This is a WFH role, located anywhere in Australia, offering flexible working hours.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Direct 2 Consumer (ecommerce) Product and Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DrinkSpot. This is an Initial contract role migrating to permanent role. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing and optimising our online product listings and customer-facing content. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our ecommerce business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and update product information, including descriptions, images, and other relevant details, across our ecommerce platforms

Creating and managing product listings across our website and marketplaces

Writing or coordinating compelling product descriptions and ensuring accuracy in specifications

Uploading and optimizing product images, ensuring consistency in quality

Using spreadsheets for bulk data entry, product updates, and content management

Researching and sourcing product information for new listings

Ensuring all online listings are up-to-date with correct pricing and details

Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the digital shopping experience

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints

Assist with the development and implementation of content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales

Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements

Ensure all product and content information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations

Support the broader ecommerce and marketing team with various administrative and project-based tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Excellent written communication and ability to create engaging product descriptions

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for content editing and bulk uploads

Basic knowledge of image editing (Photoshop experience is a plus)

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Prior experience with e-commerce platforms lis a bonus
