We're excited to introduce a brand new American sports bar and entertainment venue at the heart of Portside Hamilton, just opening our doors at the start of September. Our venue promises an electrifying atmosphere with live sports, baseball batting cages and entertainment. We aim to become the go-to spot for both locals and visitors, offering an unparalleled experience in leisure and entertainment.

The Role:

We have been overwhelmed with the response to the venue and are looking to add to our team! As part of the Management team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing success of our venue. You will have the unique opportunity to be a part of a new offering in Australia, ensuring we uphold the highest service standards and grow with us as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards.

- Train and manage a high-performing team.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing laws.

- Collaborate with marketing to promote the venue and organise events.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory.

- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a bar, restaurant, or entertainment venue.

- A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
