About the Role

As a Setout Draftsperson, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into detailed, production-ready setout drawings. Your work will ensure smooth production processes and high-quality final products.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Creating accurate and detailed setout drawings for cabinetry and joinery projects using Cabinet Vision or 3D Kitchens software
✔️ Interpreting client briefs and architectural plans to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
✔️ Collaborating with clients, designers, and the production team to ensure plans align with requirements and manufacturing capabilities
✔️ Optimizing materials and cutting lists to improve efficiency and reduce waste
✔️ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
✔️ Maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Setout Draftsperson in the cabinetry or joinery industry

Proficiency in Cabinet Vision or 3D Kitchens software

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to create practical, efficient designs

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and specifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

Great communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members

A passion for cabinetry and joinery, with a commitment to high-quality work
