Facility Manager - Aged Care - Byron Bay, NSW

Location: Byron Bay, NSW
Salary: $148K + Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Accommodation

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the clinical team across two residential aged care facilities in the Byron Bay area.

In this role, you will provide strong clinical leadership, overseeing and mentoring Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses, and care staff to ensure the highest standard of care. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical governance frameworks.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with proven experience in a Senior Care Manager or Facility Manager role within aged care.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards with experience leading a clinical team through accreditation
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
