Belcom Electrical is expanding into Air Conditioning, and we are looking for a licensed and experienced air conditioning technician to lead this new division. This is a unique opportunity to become a dual-trade professional, as we are offering an electrical apprenticeship as part of the role. You will be responsible for quoting, site inspections, installations, and fault finding, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the division grows.

As the lead Air Conditioning technician, you will play a key role in establishing and growing our air conditioning division within Belcom Electrical. You responsibilities will include:

Installing, servicing and maintaining residential air conditioning systems

Fault finding and diagnosing issues efficiently

Conducting site inspections and preparing quotes for clients

Managing projects and ensuring high quality workmanship

Training and mentoring new team members as the division expands

Using our job management software for scheduling and reporting (service M8)

In addition to leading the division, you will have the opportunity to undertake an electrical apprenticeship, gaining the qualifications needed to become a fully licensed dual trade electrician and AC technician.
