About The Role:

As a Senior Development Manager you will be in charge of working in a team on major residential redevelopment projects.

This will include:

• Deliver social housing projects by partnering with the private, not-for-profit and the community housing sector to deliver outcomes in line with the clients objectives
• Provide expert advice and support to the Executive Leadership Team on the development, implementation, management and reporting of projects.
• Establish and proactively manage positive working relationships with project stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, external consultants and other government agencies to guide contributions, manage expectations, report progress and leverage knowledge.
• Identify, analyse and advise on legal, regulatory and operational risks to projects and initiatives, and develop, communicate and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Construction or residential housing experience
• Have a valid drivers licence
• Strong stakeholder management
