This is a hands-on role, field-based. We are looking for a driven individual who has strong experience developing relationships with key clients within an account growth mindset.

Location: Western Sydney
Salary: $130 - 150k + Super + Car + Bonus
Working Model: Field based

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic account plans tailored for key civil construction clients.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
• Seek out and develop new business opportunities within established accounts.
• Secure and finalise complex sales agreements, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
• Deliver expert knowledge of products and technical assistance to customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance to highlight areas requiring improvement.
• Actively identify potential rental opportunities aligned with clients' operational needs.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the civil construction space.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
