The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Brisbane workshop and elevate our business. You’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of our rental fleet, manage damage quotes, and ensure top-notch customer service. You’ll also lead the charge in growing our workshop into a customer-facing repair and parts business, delivering exceptional satisfaction to both our rental clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of mechanics, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance for our fleet and future public customers.

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, including damage assessments and repairs.

Continually optimize processes to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house operations and the workshop.

Drive the expansion of services to the public, including mechanic repairs and parts sales.

Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels for all clients.

Manage inventory, tools, and resources to keep operations running smoothly.

Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or workshop manager, with strong technical expertise.
