We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join this fabulous team in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations. Looking after a tidy portfolio of 200 properties, you will have lots of administration support, a Leasing Consultant, and Property Management administration to assist. There is no car required for this role, all properties within walking distance!

The Role:

As the Senior Property Manager your day-to-day duties will include

• Management of 200 properties all local to the office!
• Manage repair and maintenance requests
• Providing six-star service to their clients
• Liaising with the landlord
• Attend tribunal and prepare documents
• Have the support of your own Leasing Consultant & Administrator

The Person:

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Property Manager and a strong knowledge of Property Me. You will be extremely polished and articulate and have a current Certificate of Registration. You will amaze everyone with your communication skills and the ability to get the job done.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Current NSW certificate of registration or real estate license
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills
