With an extensive portfolio of assets under management, we are seeking an experienced, Senior Commercial Property Manager to join us and manage approx ~150 industrial properties, at 120-140K + Super (even slightly more is possible).

Reporting to the head of department & director, with an assistant commercial property manager available to help also beneath you.

You will have strong support on either side of your role, to delegate and also to ask questions, be trained further and learn.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of ~150 commercial properties, mostly industrial on this portfolio
• Deliver a high quality of service to owners & tenants
• Attend internal & external business commitments
• Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
• Be involved in lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally 4+ years experience in Commercial Property Management, industrial experience ideal
• Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict if required, along with strong communication skills
• Agents Representative Certificate & drivers license
