Job Responsibilities:

To take charge of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to handover. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strict quality, safety, and timeline standards.

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise all on-site activities, including labor, subcontractors, and material logistics, ensuring efficiency and compliance with project plans.
• Enforce OH&S policies, conduct regular site inspections, and implement risk management strategies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide on-site technical expertise and problem-solving support to site teams, ensuring best construction practices are followed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Deliver regular progress updates and reports, flagging potential delays or concerns early to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in site supervision within the commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or de-fit sectors.
• Strong ability to interpret construction plans, scope of works, and technical drawings.
• Ability to lead on-site teams, manage multiple priorities, and swiftly address project challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
